Op aanvraag en bij een indicatie HH2 komt de Zorgcoördinator bij u, als cliënt, thuis.
Sollicitaties voor medewerkers zijn standaard op ons hoofdkantoor te Meppel, maar in sommige situaties kan de Zorgcoördinator besluiten om het sollicitatiegesprek bij de sollicitant thuis te voeren.
